By using the beta version, users agree that: BAU AI is not liable for any technical errors, data losses, or system outages. Data stored during the beta phase may be lost or changed. The use of the beta software is at the user's own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability for Beta Users
BAU AI provides the beta version "as is".
This means: There are no guarantees or assurances regarding stability or freedom from errors.

BAU AI is developed and operated in Germany. All data is securely hosted in the AWS region Frankfurt (eu-central-1). We only work with GDPR-compliant service providers. All data processing is carried out according to strict European data protection standards, including data minimization, access control, and transparency.
